Job Description:

Sales Representative is a critical role within Pay360 and contributes strongly to a successful and established Team.

Pay360 are currently looking for a Sales Representative to hunt & develop new leads, which develop into new opportunities for our Field Sales team that will help grow our exciting new Payment Facilitation solution. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting for new potential partners for our Pay360 payment facilitation platform (Evolve) from ISV partners across the UK.

The role is telephone/desk-based with the flexibility to attend face to face sales meetings where the value and importance to merit it. There is also opportunity to attend Events to drive prospect engagement

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building a prospecting pipeline and managing the engagement of this pipeline
  • Within agreed target vertical sectors, navigating the prospect through the marketing funnel to become a sales qualified lead and recording this information in CRM
  • Prospecting for new opportunity within agreed target vertical sectors, qualifying the business need and recording this information in CRM to enable the lead to be passed along to the Partner Development Team and/or nurturing of Pay360 brand to these prospects.
  • Applying the sales approach defined by Pay360 to generate interest and leads for Pay360’s Evolve payment facilitation platform.
  • Meeting demand generation performance targets consistently

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Solid experience working in the demand generation ideally within payments software business.
  • Familiar with CRM/social media software such as LinkedIn and Salesforce
  • Educated to Further or Higher education standards
  • Has a desire to learn, improve and own their own success
  • Experience of phone based new business generation
  • Can listen carefully to customer needs and clearly articulate benefits of Pay360 products and services to meet these needs
  • 2+ years of demand generation experience ideally in gateway and/or acquiring
  • Demonstrable ability to identify, prospect and close new business over a number of years exceeding targets 2
  • Eloquent and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people, from shop floor to C level
  • Proficient with the use of all “standard” Microsoft products.
  • Comfortable working remotely, independently and in virtual teams
