Pay360 by Capita is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a place on the Consortium Procurement’s Electronic Payment Services Framework.

Consortium Procurement is the Northern Housing Consortium’s (NHC) procurement arm which helps their 400-plus members save time, money and resources by supporting them through the procurement process when selecting suppliers for a product or service.

Following a rigorous competitive tender process, Pay360 was awarded a four-year appointment to the Electronic Payment Services Framework (EPS) running from 15th July 2019.   The EPS Framework as a whole includes options for a variety of payment methods and income management to support the social housing sector with a compliant and trusted procurement route.

Pay360 has been awarded to Lot 6: Online Payments, with Pay360’s other modular payment services – such as income management, telephone, face-to-face, kiosk, mobile and Direct Debit payments - available to members via a direct contract through NHC.

Stephen Ferry, Managing Director of Pay360 by Capita, says:

“We’re delighted to be awarded a place on Northern Housing Consortium’s Electronic Payment Services Framework. With some 50 housing organisations currently using our services, and over 18 years’ experience providing competitively-priced, flexible payment solutions to the housing sector, we’re looking forward to supporting NHC members to future-proof their payments using the latest payment technologies. We offer the sector-expertise they need to offer easily accessible, compliant payment options, making it as easy as possible for tenants to pay their rent."

Pay360 makes it simple for tenants to pay whenever and however they want with mobile-friendly online payments available as a complete solution or integrated into the housing organisations’ own portal and app. Other Pay360 services include telephone, face-to-face, kiosk, mobile, Direct Debit, Post Office and PayPoint payments, all of which integrate seamlessly with Pay360’s advanced income management solution to allow housing organisations and local government to securely collect and reconcile payments from multiple channels.
