Staff access Security Watchdog’s patient identity checking service via an app on their mobile device or desktop, using state-of-the-art document verification and facial recognition technology, with checks run in 94 countries.
Staff receive a notification and completion certificate once the check is completed, so they can then proceed to the payment collection, if applicable to that patient.
